This fast short diet is ideal for after the holiday period – when we eat more.


You will need:

– 2 ounces of distilled water

– 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice (if you do not have an organic lemon, this from the store, wash with a solution of baking soda)

– 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 tablespoon of honey.

All mix in a glass jar, making sure that all ingredients are well combined. Keep the jar in the refrigerator.


Every morning, eat one tablespoon of this mixture.

This detox program involves drinking large amounts of water throughout the day (at least three liters of water). After one week, your weight can be reduced by up to seven kilograms.
