1. FOOT BATH AND PUMICE STONE
Soak your feet in warm water for about 15-20 minutes before going to bed, then rub them with a pumice stone gently in order to eliminate the layer of dead skin cells and make your skin soft. Rinse your feet with water, in the end, then apply a high-quality moisturizer and put on cotton socks. Repeat the treatment every night before going to bed for best results.
2. HEALTHY VEGETABLE OILS
The lack of hydration is the main cause of dry skin and cracked heels. Luckily, vegetable oils such as olive oil can moisturize your skin and prevent the problem before it worsens. Apply a bit of the oil on your heels, then put on cotton socks and leave the remedy to work overnight.
3. PETROLEUM JELLY AND LEMON JUICE
A mixture of Vaseline and lemon juice can do wonders for your heels.
